FROM maternity wings to police posts, Kabwata Constituency is experiencing development on an unprecedented scale. Expectant mothers can now access modern maternity services close to home. New classrooms are going up, police posts are under construction, roads are being paved and lit, and young people are benefiting from skills training and empowerment loans. Yet, despite these visible achievements, vandalism, loan defaults and public apathy threaten to stall this progress. Lusaka City Council (LCC) records show that Kabwata Constituency has been particularly active under the 2025 CDF programme.
