THE Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) has launched the revised National Health Care Standards 2026, alongside six subsidiary guidelines, aimed at improving healthcare service delivery. HPCZ Acting Registrar Mutinta Musaila says the revised regulatory frameworks respond to the evolving nature of healthcare in the country. And Acting Health Minister Cornelius Mweetwa says the standards provide a comprehensive framework for licensing and continuous improvement of health facilities across all sectors.
