GENDER Division Permanent Secretary Mainga Kabika says she has received reports that some political parties are asking female aspiring candidates for sexual favours in exchange for adoptions. Speaking during the official opening of the National Prosecution Authority Conference, Monday, Kabika said she asked the women to secure evidence so that it could be used once they reported the matter.
