DIESEL shortage has hit Lusaka, with many filling stations running out of the commodity. Some filling stations also experienced shortages of petrol. And President Hakainde Hichilema has directed the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) and law enforcement agencies to immediately investigate suspected fuel hoarding following reports of shortages across the country.
