RESIDENTS of Lusaka’s Mandevu constituency have ventured into the transport business, thanks to the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). Golden Mulenga, 34, has utilised his CDF loan of K200,000 by purchasing two vehicles operating under the Yango ride-hailing service. He has revealed that each vehicle cost K98,000 and through the income generated, he has managed to acquire an additional car, expanding his business further. Mulenga says the CDF has enabled him to manage his daily expenses and take care of his family.
