CHADIZA Town Council Chairperson Richard Zimba says the council has constructed more than 20 classroom blocks since 2022 using CDF. Speaking when Ministry of Local Government Permanent Secretary Nicholas Phiri paid a courtesy call on him, Zimba said the council had also constructed over 10 health facilities. “We are making headway when it comes to education.
