SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti says Parliament should not waste the first three years learning what to do, stressing that progress must continue without delays caused by inexperience. Speaker Mutti adds that before her appointment in September 2021, she had no interest in politics or parliamentary affairs, yet found herself serving as Speaker.
