THE Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) has told the Select Committee appointed to scrutinise the Electoral Process Bill to demand the ECZ to publicly articulate a comprehensive implementation plan before the law is enacted. LAZ adds that it is concerning that the country is piloting a new electoral system close to a general election.
