CITIZENS First president Harry Kalaba and his National Democratic Congress (NDC) counterpart, Saboi Imboela, have formed a new political alliance called the Citizens First Orange Alliance. Meanwhile, Imboela says the NDC has decided to endorse Kalaba because he is a credible leader with a stable political party that is doing better than most parties.
