POLICE in Livingstone are investigating a matter in which a man allegedly injured his wife in the face using an axe. Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo identified the victim as Rita Daka, 48, and said the incident was reported to the police by her son, Nathan Mutema, aged 24. “The Zambia Police Service in Livingstone District is investigating a case of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, which was reported at Livingstone Central Police Station.
