ROAD Development Agency (RDA) Board Chairman Eng Eugene Haazele says the Lusaka-Ndola Dual Carriageway is projected to be completed by December this year, if all things go well. Meanwhile, Eng Haazele says the agency is aware that the country’s road infrastructure is not up to standard, adding that it has been making efforts to improve the roads but it is constrained by financial resources.
