MILES Sampa says he is better than most opposition presidential candidates, arguing that he can give President Hakainde Hichilema a run for his money and possibly beat him. Sampa however says that he is not desperate for leadership, adding that it’s not a must that he must be President. Meanwhile, Sampa says the PF will be on the ballot in the August polls.
