MUMBI Phiri says Vice-President Mutale Nalumango should consider retiring and leave room for younger leaders such as herself to take over. Last Friday, Vice-President Nalumango said she would remain in office because government was not dissolving like the opposition. She said although Friday was her last appearance in the 13th National Assembly, she would return in the next one.
