SOCIALIST Party General Secretary Cosmas Musumali says there has never been violence during nominations and campaigns to warrant a Head of State to direct law enforcement agencies to remain on alert during this period. Dr Musumali says the Head of State is simply planting fear in citizens and pushing law enforcement agencies to overreact.
