THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested two Somali nationals of Lusaka in connection to trafficking in 25 bundles of fresh khat, commonly known as Miraa, which was concealed in paper bundles on a bus from Johannesburg, enroute to Lusaka.
