POLICE in Lukulu district have launched investigations into an attack on Kamboyi village which left six people dead in a fire. Those killed in the incident include an infant, who was murdered using a hammer, while four others were nursing injuries. Western Province Commissioner of Police Rae Hamoonga says it is alleged that an unknown number of criminals, armed with offensive weapons, attacked the village and set ablaze five houses together with household property, adding that the houses were burnt to ashes.
