THE Zambia Correctional Service (ZCS) has refuted claims by Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu’s legal team that it denied them access to visit the duo. ZCS Head of Public Relations Cornelius Mwanza has clarified that visits to correctional facilities are subject to verification and security procedures. He adds that some of the lawyers who presented themselves for the visit did not have the required documentation and were requested to follow procedure.
