POLICE in Mansa have arrested Kennedy Mwansa, 38, for allegedly insulting President Hakainde Hichilema in a TikTok video, contrary to the Cyber Crimes Act. Mwansa faces charges under the Cyber Crimes Act for harassment using electronic gadgets.
