POLICE in Mansa have arrested Kennedy Mwansa, 38, for allegedly insulting President Hakainde Hichilema in a TikTok video, contrary to the Cyber Crimes Act. Mwansa faces charges under the Cyber Crimes Act for harassment using electronic gadgets. Recently, Secretary to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa warned those in the habit of inciting violence and insulting President Hakainde Hichilema would be dealt with by the law, stating that the trend had grown post-election.
