PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has expressed displeasure at the conduct of four dismissed UPND MPs whom he says did not vote for Bill 7 as the ruling party had dictated. He named the MPs as Gary Nkombo, Elias Mubanga, Elijah Muchima and Newton Samakayi. He said he doesn’t want such MPs who go against the party position.
