MINES and Mineral Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says he laughed when he heard someone saying foreigners are rushing to get the mines while Zambians are fighting over the Black Mountain because they don’t understand that the “Black mountain is an already baked cake”. And Kabuswe says Zambia has been losing it on the negotiation table with regards to the mining sector but that the country now has the right leadership to address this.
