PATRIOTIC Front information and publicity chairperson Raphael Nakacinda has challenged Minister of Health Sylvia Masebo and Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane to explain the “US$100 million” deal for MoH infrastructure in Southern, Western and Northwestern provinces.
