A 13-YEAR-OLD girl of Ndola has been defiled by her brother-in-law, only identified as Mukomba, who is reportedly on the run. The incident is said to have occurred on July 4, 2022, around 04:00 hours, and the victim is reported to have sustained painful genitals and general body pains.
