AGRICULTURE Minister Mtolo Phiri says government has spent over $369 million on fertilizer procurement for the 2022/2023 farming season. And Phiri has announced that farmers will start receiving their inputs today at the various depots across the country. He has also clarified that both new and old cooperatives will be allowed access to the inputs before the older members are graduated from the FISP programme.
