THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) says fighting corruption in the road traffic sector will continue being problematic as long as the process of paying fines remains mysterious and not user-friendly. And government has directed the Zambia Police Service to ensure that all traffic officers deal with erring motorists in the open instead of in secluded places like motor vehicles.
