LUSAKA Central member of parliament Mulambo Haimbe says the Lusaka City Council (LCC) needs to up its game in implementing Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects in Lusaka. In an interview, Haimbe said the slow pace at which LCC was securing contractors to work on projects was disappointing. “I think we are doing very well if you look at the projects, the money is in hand.
