PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has with immediate effect, appointed Civil Service Commission chairperson Peter Mumba as Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Energy. Announcing the latest changes made at permanent secretary level in a statement yesterday, State House Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka said President Hichilema had transferred the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Energy, Himba Cheelo to the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries in the same capacity.
