PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has honoured paramount Chief Mpezeni of the Ngoni people with the Order of the Eagle of Zambia Third Division, artiste Sampa the Great and 14 others. Paramount Chief Mpezeni has been honoured for working with over six governments during his 40 years on the throne and for promoting agriculture. The Head of State has honoured Sampa the Great, whose real name is Sampa Tembo, with the President Insignia of Recognition for her contribution towards promoting Zambian music internationally.
