CLERK of the National Assembly Roy Ngulube says the National Assembly is in receipt of a letter from PF Secretary-General Morgan Ng’ona, informing the institution that Mafinga PF member of parliament Robert Chabinga has been appointed as Leader of the Opposition. In a letter dated 31st October, 2023 and addressed to current Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile, Ngulube said in view of the foregoing, the National Assembly would inform him in due course the next action to be taken regarding the matter.
