AMERICA-BASED Zambian law Professor Muna Ndulo and Constitutional Lawyer O’Brien Kaaba have appealed to President Hakainde Hichilema to evaluate his legal team in the State Chambers and dismiss those behind what they describe as fraudulent schemes. The duo has also wondered why oversight institutions like the ACC are doing nothing serious about the several consent orders being entered into between the State Chambers and various individuals.
