TEACHING Service Commission Chairperson Daphne Chimuka says the commission has completed the recruitment process and is only awaiting the official announcement from the Minister. Earlier this month, the commissioner said the commission would publish the names of the 4,500 successful candidates by the end of this month. But in a follow up interview, Saturday, Chimuka said only Minister of Education Douglas Syakalima could state when the names would be published. “Like I said last time, the minister is in a right position to tell you when the names of the new teachers will be published.
