THE Committee on Parastatal Bodies has heard that the Lusaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone signed off a Motor Vehicle Scheme without the board’s approval. And the Committee has heard that the Lusaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone procured five vehicles at a total cost of K3,518,042 for five senior staff members, against the cabinet circular which abolished the procurement of personal to holder vehicles as a cost saving measure.
