NEW Heritage Party leader Chishala Kateka says it’s demeaning and childish for government to insist that the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) has not submitted any documentation for its registration process when it actually has. Recently, Home Affairs and Internal Security Permanent Secretary Josephs Akafumba said UKA needed to restart its registration process because its first application had expired.
