MINISTER of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Charles Milupi says government aims to reconstruct the Livingstone-Sesheke Road into international standard. Milupi says his government has reduced the cost of constructing roads to around US$600,000 per kilometre, meaning the road will cost around US$120 million. Meanwhile, Road Development Agency (RDA) Regional Manager Namalala Chilala says the withholding maintenance of the road is expected to cost K68 million.
