UKA Chairperson Sakwiba Sikota says contrary to what government would like citizens to believe, Petauke Independent MP Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda named his abductors. And Sikota says his United Liberal Party plans to hold a rally despite police efforts to block political gatherings.
