CHIPANGALI PF MP Andrew Lubusha has bemoaned the low funding of Smart Zambia Institute by government. Speaking while debating a Report on Cabinet Affairs on the Review of Operations and Management of Smart Zambia Institute on the floor of the House, Friday, Lubusha said Smart Zambia’s vision of spearheading the country’s digitalisation agenda could not be achieved without adequate funding of its various activities. “Madam Speaker, the committee recognises that the implementation of the e-government seeks to enhance and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of public services to citizens.
