POLICE in Lusaka have detained a 32-year-old Connec Quarry Company security guard of Misisi Compound after he shot and wounded an employee who went to demand his salary. In a statement, Sunday, Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale said the guard, who has been identified as Lwankole Mukonchi, pulled the trigger on 26-year-old Elvis Mweemba, who sustained a deep gunshot wound on his right lower limb. “A Security guard at Connec Quarry Company in Lusaka West has shot and wounded an employee who went to demand for his salary.
