THE recent dissolution of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Board has sparked considerable debate, and rightly so. Governance Activist Rueben Lifuka’s observation that this dissolution has created a vacuum at the institution has been rubbished by the Chief Government Spokesperson.
