MINISTRY of Mines and Minerals Development Permanent Secretary Hapenga Kabeta says the aerial geo-mapping survey coverage currently stands at less than 15 percent, but the ministry is satisfied with the work done so far. In August, President Hakainde Hichilema launched a countrywide high-resolution aerial geological survey meant to detect various mineral resources beneath the surface.
