FINANCE and National Planning Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane says government is in the process of issuing a statutory instrument to provide tax relief, as a complete package, on irrigation equipment. He was responding to Mbabala UPND MP Joseph Munsanje, who asked whether government had any plans to reduce import duties on solar gadgets, irrigation equipment and water tanks to support farming activities following the drought experienced in the 2023/2024 rainy season.
