STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says President Hakainde Hichilema has political will to fight against corruption. Hamasaka says the fight against corruption is complicated because there are so many law enforcement agencies involved, and when cases go to court the President has no say on who long the proceedings should take.
