POLICE have arrested a Chinese national and a Zambian national for allegedly conniving to steal K450,000 cash and an undisclosed amount of casino tokens from Casino Plaza. The suspects have been identified as Ye Shengruo, 38, a Chinese national residing in Long Acres, and Chola Mulenga, 37, a worker at Casino Plaza and a resident of John Laing Compound in Lusaka.
