FORMER Secretary to the Cabinet Leslie Mbula says as the country celebrates Africa Freedom Day, youths should invigorate themselves through hard work. He says there is a need to find ways of moving the youth away from alcohol and into productive activities, because if they are drinking Monday to Sunday, they cannot be productive. And Mbula has urged public officials to talk against corruption when they make speeches, noting that some ministers have become corrupt.
