TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) says the inability of key enforcement agencies like DEC to fully keep up with cybercrime weakens the overall fight against corruption. On Monday, Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) Director General Nason Banda acknowledged that the commission did not have the full capacity to fight cybercrime.
