GOVERNMENT says the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has not entered into any contract with Axon Global Trading Limited for the supply and delivery of the Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS). Speaking during the Vice-President’s Question Time in Parliament on Friday, Acting Leader of Government Business Ambrose Lufuma clarified that although ECZ had issued a notice of the best evaluated bidder on July 10, 2025, no contract was signed with the company.
