HEALTH Minister Dr Elijah Muchima yesterday announced that Zambia has approved Lenacapavir, a long-acting injectable ARV that offers six-month protection against HIV infection. Dr Muchima says the country has already secured over 130,000 doses of the drug from international partners, ensuring free access based on demand across the country.
