THE Zambia Police Service says it has not recorded an increase in crime despite the prolonged hours of load shedding in the night. Residential areas are currently receiving only two to three hours of power supply in a day due to power rationing by Zesco. Speaking on Diamond TV, Wednesday, when asked if load shedding had increased the number of crimes reported, police spokesperson Godfrey Chilabi said if there was an increase, it was minimal.
