SOMEWHERE around the world today, a nation is at war with the United States. Elsewhere, another is locked in conflict with China. Europe, too, is engaged in its own battles. The wars are inspired by various differences stretching from territorial disputes to economic disagreements. In Zambia, something else is happening.
