PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has encouraged youths to avoid listening to what he terms as “polluted brains”. Speaking at his farm in Choma, Wednesday, President Hichilema said the recent 70 percent pass rate among Grade 12 pupils was a result of policies such as free education being implemented by government. “I want to encourage young people, don’t listen to polluted brains, do not spoil our children.
