POLICE in Kalabo district of Western Province have arrested a 51-year-old man for allegedly having unlawful carnal knowledge of his seven-year-old daughter. Western Province Commissioner of Police Rae Hamoonga says the incident occurred between March 7 and March 8, 2026.
