ZICTA says it has shut down four Copperbelt radio stations for interfering with aircraft communication and navigation systems. Meanwhile, Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana has clarified that government has not closed down any radio station, explaining that ZICTA’s action is only a provisional shutdown. He adds that the affected stations will resume broadcasting as soon as they comply with the regulations.
